Summary


Please note that Netsanity Global infrastructure will be going through significant rolling maintenance, involving 9 separate maintenance events over the last two weeks of January, between January 18 - and completing by February 1, 2020.


Our server and network provider will be upgrading our servers and increasing network capacity. This is necessary to maintain the efficiency and redundancy of our services. The quantity of maintenances is large to minimize the impact of taking down all the servers at once.


These maintenances WILL BE SERVICE IMPACTING. Depending on the date and the server(s) affected, it may mean that partial or all the services will not be available or VPN connectivity may not be possible.


Below is a list of maintenance dates and times.


Specific for Apple iOS users - the VPN service relies on 3 different server groups. One, two or all three which may be down during the maintenance. This will be evident by the VPN not connecting during the maintenance. Even though it should be a few hours and at night for most users, to ensure connectivity - we suggest that you Pause the VPN the evening prior to the maintenance to avoid any issues.

Notes

  • Netsanity support will be monitoring and will not be open for general tickets or issues until maintenance completes for that day
  • New customer signups will be disabled during the maintenance
  • Upgrades, changes, etc on the dashboard may not be possible during the maintenance
  • Activity logs may be delayed or unavailable
  • Commands sent to the device like locking screens or disabling apps, etc., may be delayed and queued
  • Timeblocker times may be impacted as queued messages will not be delivered until after maintenance completes
